We ship all products from our Melbourne warehouse, you will receive your item quickly.

We are providing FREE SHIPPING Australia Wide for most of our products. Free shipping excludes large or bulky items and auction items, please check the individual listings.
After payment is cleared all items are dispatched with one businss day. All shipping will be either via Australia Post eParcel or by other couriers such as Fastway.
You will be able to trace the delivery online. Please note some small items or accessories will be sent by normal AU-Post mail, therefore no track avaivalbe.

This product is cover by a 100% satisfaction guarantee, if are not happy with your item, simple return it within 30days in new and un-used condition(You will need to pay return postage and we will charge 20% restock fee). Please contact us within 30days of receipt of the item to arrange for a return. We will issue you a Return Authorisation number(RA#),which should be clearly marked on return package. Kindly note that postage cost is not refundable and return cost remains the buyers responsibility.

Warranty

Toolstorm offer a 12 month warranty on products used for private household use.
Buyer need to send photo/Video of fault for verification, after fault is clarified, we may offer free replacement parts to the customer.
Where necessary, the item may need to be sent back to repair.We will issue you a Return Authorisation number(RA#)

Warranty does not cover accessories such as grinding wheels, router bits, carbone brush, blades, drill bits, sanding paper, tubs, carry bags, cables etc.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, lack of maintenance.
